Tuesdays at 2 - 4pm
Writing is a great way for us to express our thoughts and feelings, and relieve tension or stress. No writing experience is needed to join this group activity, just a pen and some paper.
This term - with Tara and Sammy
Tara will get to know the group using surreal elements in story making followed by an exploration of self and wellbeing, with a focus on food, memory and childhood.
Sammy’s sessions will be poetry-based, drawing on our surroundings and senses and our relationship to the world around us. The group will be looking at the poets Mary Oliver and Wendell Berry who write nature-wellbeing poems .
